The work supports lymphatic circulation and flexibility while restoring ease of movement, helping the body feel lighter, more open, and more at home. ​More than a technique, this session is an invitation to work with the body’s intelligence and timing—creating conditions for lasting restoration rather than temporary relief. The body does not need to be forced or fixed; it only needs to be supported. Through slowness, warmth, and intentional touch, we encourage the system to soften, reorganize, and return to balance. Ideal for: hip and low back tension, neck and shoulder tension, stress, stiffness, and an overwhelmed nervous system. -Herbal Compresses or Hot Stones might be incorporated in the session.
