Palo Santo translates to holy wood and has traditionally been used as a ritual smudge, dating back to the Inca era. Light the end, allow to catch and burn for a few moments, then blow the flame out.
Selenite is known as a spiritual activation stone. It quickly works to open and activate the Third Eye, Crown and Soul Star Chakra. Works to increase communication with our guides and angels and is also fast and effective at clearing the auric field from imbalance.
Lavender is known to calm and rejuvenate the mind and body, helping to reduce stress and increase feeling of restoration. Crush the lavender petals into your medicine bag or jewelry box to share this restorative energy with all of your inspired pieces!
Palo Santo, or "Holy Wood", comes from South America and is known for its sweet, woodsy aroma. It is ideal for smudging, and is often used as an alternative to sage. Use Palo Santo to help keep energies grounded and clear, dismissing negative energies and inviting positive energy and intentions to take their place. All of our Palo Santo is ethically sourced and comes only from fallen trees, making it an ideal environmental choice for cleansing.
Directions: Use a candle, match or lighter to ignite your stick of Palo Santo. Hold at about a 45 degree angle pointing the tip down toward the flame. Allow it to burn for about 30 seconds to 1 minute and then blow out. Move about your workspace, home, car, bathroom or anywhere you would like to clear the energy and set intentions. Allow the smoke to rise and fill your physical space, clearing negative thoughts and energy.
Your palo santo may be reused many times, so when finished, place the stick in an abalone shells or other fire proof bowl, and make sure the embers are fully extinguished before leaving the room. Always use caution and respect when working with fire. Pieces are approximately 4 inches long.
