This program offers a personalized plan for a balanced lifestyle. I’ll create a custom meal plan that fits your nutritional needs and weight goals, making it achievable and sustainable. With my support, we’ll tackle your challenges and guide you toward lasting change. The program spans 3-6 months, with accountability and support to help you build a healthier lifestyle.
It is available virtually or in person.
Cooking Classes

Join me for mindful, healthy cooking classes where we combine the art of nourishment with holistic wellness. Together, we’ll explore delicious, wholesome recipes while embracing mindful practices that nourish body and soul.
